At Air Conditioning One, we want to ensure your home stays comfortable with the perfect climate solution. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the air conditioning unit is in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals, hardware, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the return label to the outside of the crate or box and arrange for a carrier pickup; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value HVAC systems.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
